Era coordinado desde Santiago, donde se encontraba la sede central del organismo. Despu\u00e9s del fin de la Dictadura, se pone t\u00e9rmino al trabajo de este organismo en la regi\u00f3n, a pesar de que, seg\u00fan los testimoniantes, resultaba necesario mantener un seguimiento a quienes recib\u00edan esta ayuda.
